Where does Flavour Beast ship to? 

Presently, we ship to specific Canadian postal codes in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Ontario (free shipping applies to orders over $49). At checkout, you'll find various shipping choices; pick the one that best fits your requirements. Some regions might have limited delivery options. Please note that we don't deliver to retail locations, warehouses, and freight forwarders. 
Currently, we don't deliver to P.O. boxes. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of delivery to verify the recipient's age, which is not feasible with a P.O. box.

How can I track my orders made from the website? 

You may track your orders via FedEx or Canada Post (your preferred courier upon order processing) once you receive the order confirmation that includes the tracking number. 

 

What should I do if my order's tracking information is not updated or incorrect? 

Please note that courier delays may result in inaccurate or untimely tracking information. If you suspect an issue, contact info@flavourbeast.com for assistance. 

 

Is a signature required upon delivery? 

Yes, all packages require a proof of age and signature upon delivery. If you're not home, the package will be left at the nearest post office. 

 

Can packages be left at the door or in a mailbox? 

No, due to age verification laws, packages cannot be left at the door or in a mailbox. 

 

What happens if I'm not available to receive my package? 

If you're not home to sign for your package, it will be left at your nearest post office for pickup with proof of age required. 

 

Do you ship to P.O. boxes? 

No, Flavour Beast does not ship to P.O. boxes due to the requirement of a government-issued photo ID for age verification upon delivery. 

 

Can I cancel my order after it's been fulfilled? 

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been marked as "fulfilled." 

 

What if my package is lost in transit? 

If delivery exceeds 21 business days past the estimated date, contact us at info@flavourbeast.com to open a claim with the courier. 

 

What should I do if my package is marked as delivered but not received? 

Check with others who may have accepted the delivery, and if still missing, notify Flavour Beast within 5 days of the marked delivery date to file a claim. 

 

What if my package arrives damaged? 

Contact Flavour Beast's customer service within 5 days of delivery and be prepared to provide photographs of the damage for the investigation.
